LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading global beverage company looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer in Morristown, NJ. This role will be essential in the planning and execution of administrative initiatives globally in addition to providing the highest level of administrative support to their Chief Executive Officer. The Senior Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer will work as a right hand and business partner to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the CPG space and have proven experience supporting an executive in a strategic capacity. Senior Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Responsibilities: * Organize and maintain multiple detailed calendars across global time zones * Arrange and plan international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, car services, etc. * Project manage initiatives on behalf of the CEO * Act as a gatekeeper amongst the C-Suite and board * Strategize and execute board meetings and events * Prepare executive level presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel * Establish daily priorities and meeting itineraries * Execute high-end client engagements Senior Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Requirements: * 5+ years of direct C-Suite Executive Assistant experience to a CEO * Food, beverage or consumer packaged goods industry experience is highly preferred * Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel * Ability to create new processes and procedures within administration This is an incredible opportunity for an administrative professional to have an impactful and dynamic position in an executive leadership team.
